1. Programme status and eligibility
Questoria Affiliate launches as an invite-only beta. Public enrolment is not open unless Questoria expressly enables it.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in their country. No Questoria purchase is required to become an affiliate.
Approval is discretionary. Applying, receiving a username, or generating a referral click does not itself create a right to commission.
2. Identity and approval
Affiliate identity is tied to the verified Google/Firebase account used for the programme and to an immutable server-side affiliate ID.
Ordinary approved affiliates start at Standard 20% unless Questoria explicitly assigns another authorised tier.
Pending, rejected or suspended accounts do not have an active commissionable referral identity.
3. Commission scope and tiers
Commission is calculated from eligible net revenue, not the customer-facing gross or sticker price.
Only eligible, attributed, server-verified one-time Questoria Full Access purchases are commissionable. Country Packs, recurring subscriptions, renewals, self-referrals, refunded, revoked, fraudulent or otherwise invalid purchases are excluded.
Standard Affiliate: 20%. Growth Partner: 25%. Selected Top Partner: up to 30%.
Growth25 recommendation: at least 5 confirmed eligible sales in the rolling 30 days, a rolling 90-day reversal/invalid-sale rate of no more than 10%, good standing and no unresolved risk hold. Promotion still requires admin confirmation.
Top30 candidate signal: at least 15 confirmed eligible sales in the rolling 30 days and at least 30 in the rolling 90 days, with a 90-day reversal/invalid-sale rate of no more than 5%, good standing and no unresolved compliance hold. 30% is never automatic and requires an explicit admin decision.
Tier changes affect new commission events from the effective time. Historical commission records keep the rate captured when they were created.
4. Attribution
The launch rule is the last valid affiliate referral within 30 days before the eligible purchase, subject to supported platform and server evidence.
A click is not a sale. A visible slug, message from a buyer, screenshot or manual claim does not create commission.
Android attribution may rely on the approved website referral path and Google Play Install Referrer / server purchase verification. Cross-device attribution is not guaranteed.
If Questoria cannot verify the required attribution chain, the purchase remains direct / organic and is not credited manually.
5. Confirmation hold and reversals
Eligible attributed commissions remain pending for 30 days from the server-verified purchase timestamp.
After the hold, commission may become confirmed only if the purchase remains valid and all refund, revocation, chargeback, fraud and policy checks pass.
Refunded or invalid sales may be reversed. If a reversal occurs after payout, Questoria may apply a documented clawback or negative balance against future commissions.
6. Dashboard and privacy
The affiliate dashboard may show clicks, attributed sales, commission status, tier, payout readiness and other programme metrics.
Questoria does not provide affiliates with purchaser names, purchaser emails, child data, Google account identifiers, purchase tokens or other sensitive purchaser information.
Metrics may be delayed, capped, reconciled or corrected when server evidence changes.
7. Payout schedule and minimum
Launch payouts are admin-controlled and processed monthly on or around the 15th. There is no affiliate-triggered Withdraw button at launch.
The launch minimum payout is approximately USD 20 equivalent in a supported payout currency. For MYR balances, the launch threshold is MYR 100. Amounts below the applicable threshold carry forward.
Only confirmed commission that has passed the 30-day hold and all payout checks can enter a payout cycle.
Questoria may place a payout on hold where verification, fraud, refund, compliance, tax or payment issues remain unresolved.
8. Payout methods, fees and verification
Payout methods vary by country and supported payment rails. At launch, eligible Malaysia affiliates may use a verified local bank destination, while eligible affiliates in supported overseas markets may use PayPal where available.
Payout destinations must be verified. Changes may trigger re-verification and a security cooldown.
Questoria does not add a separate affiliate programme fee, but bank, payment-provider, currency-conversion, receiving or intermediary fees may reduce the amount actually received.
A payout is not marked paid merely because an attempt was made. Questoria records the result and payment reference before finalising the ledger.
9. Prohibited conduct
No self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts, fabricated sales, refund farming, attribution manipulation, spam, misleading claims, unauthorised coupons, trademark impersonation or attempts to bypass programme controls.
Do not target children with inappropriate commercial pressure, misrepresent Questoria, promise guaranteed earnings, or claim that clicks automatically create commission.
Paid advertising, bidding on Questoria trademarks, coupon activity and other promotional methods may be restricted or require written approval.
10. Marketing disclosure and brand use
Affiliate content must clearly disclose the commercial / affiliate relationship where required by law, platform rules or good advertising practice.
Use Questoria names, logos and creative assets only as authorised. Do not create lookalike official accounts, domains or pages that could mislead users about ownership.
Affiliates are independent promoters, not employees, agents or representatives authorised to bind Questoria.
11. Tax, KYC and legal responsibility
Affiliates are responsible for their own tax reporting, licences and local legal obligations.
Questoria may require identity, payment, tax or KYC information before approval or payout where reasonably required by law, risk controls or payment providers.
Providing false identity, payment or tax information may result in hold, suspension, reversal or termination.
12. Suspension, termination and audit
Questoria may request information, suspend, reject or terminate an affiliate for policy, fraud, compliance, security or programme-risk reasons.
Administrative changes, payout reviews and sensitive payout-destination reveals are auditable.
Termination does not erase valid historical records. Confirmed amounts remain subject to fraud, refund, tax, payment and legal checks.
13. Changes to the programme
Questoria may update these Terms, programme features, supported countries, payout rails, thresholds or operational rules. Material changes will be reflected in the published Terms or programme notice.
Continued participation after an effective update means the affiliate accepts the updated Terms where permitted by law.
14. Language and interpretation
The English version is the controlling legal version. Other language pages are plain-language convenience summaries to help affiliates understand the programme.
If a translation or summary conflicts with the English version, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law.
